This is a rather unique strategy for a medium like social networks, which has a very broad audience and makes it difficult to distinguish the primary target from other types of users or fans. The new Frigo 2000 website, created by goNet, highlights the company’s history, expertise and identity, presenting it as a “home” where users can explore high-performance cooking technologies. Content has been reorganized into an experiential structure, focusing on case histories and intuitive, engaging navigation. The site becomes an “architectural book” showcasing customised solutions rather than a simple catalogue. Its key innovation is the Configurator, which helps clients and architects define needs and priorities while providing the company with valuable insights for future improvements.
