Ceredi.com, agricultural machinery specialists

A website that respects the professional customer's time

Ceredi S.r.l. has been operating in Meldola since 1956 in the sale of agricultural, forestry and gardening machinery, spare parts distribution, agricultural and industrial repair services, and as an authorized Carraro service center. Its offering also includes Carraro Reman products, CARC Moto Guzzi transmissions and reduction gearboxes for electric forklifts. With more than sixty years of history and strong roots in the Romagna region, the company needed a website capable of reflecting its identity and expertise. Developed and managed through RediGo, goNet’s proprietary CMS entirely hand-coded in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the website mirrors the same philosophy that drives Ceredi’s daily work: reliability, clarity and no unnecessary elements.

The design approach focuses on a clean and essential showcase website. Ceredi’s audience is made up of professionals and industry operators who arrive with specific needs: finding information about distributed brands, understanding available services and contacting the right specialist for their requirements. In this context, quick access to information is far more important than visual effects or decorative elements. The website responds precisely to this need, offering a direct, frictionless user experience that helps visitors find what they need without wasting time.

One of the project’s distinguishing features is the management of the distributed brands catalog: every brand in Ceredi’s portfolio has its own dedicated page with specific product sheets for each item. For a distributor and authorized service provider like Ceredi, dealing with brands that have their own identity and technical documentation, having a dedicated and well-structured page for each one is a commercial necessity before it is an aesthetic choice. Customers search for information about specific products, and finding it without unnecessary steps is the minimum requirement for a satisfactory browsing experience. A centralized Downloads section gathers catalogs and downloadable materials, accessible directly from the main navigation.

The website is organized into five sections that accurately reflect the different areas of expertise within the company: Garden and Forestry Machinery, Agricultural and Industrial Repair Workshop, Spare Parts Warehouse, Carraro Spare Parts and Authorized Service, and Floor Screed and Lightweight Systems Service. Each section has its own content structure and dedicated contact details. Retail and wholesale sales, workshop and plant services, Carraro spare parts and Carraro service each have a dedicated email address and WhatsApp number, with the option for customers to select their preferred time slot for a callback. This level of contact segmentation is more than an organizational detail: it is a clear signal of professionalism and structure, communicated naturally through the website without the need to explicitly state it.
