The system includes an online instant messaging service and an offline message delivery function when no operator is available.

The system interfaces with user login data, allowing the operator to immediately view all relevant information about the user they are chatting with (name, surname, page being visited, past purchases and other activity on the site).
The service comes with a statistical reporting system for received contacts.

The site becomes an “architectural book” showcasing customised solutions rather than a simple catalogue. Its key innovation is the Configurator, which helps clients and architects define needs and priorities while providing the company with valuable insights for future improvements.
